If you purchased online from 6AMZ.com your refund will be applied to the credit or debit card used for purchase.

2. Provide your full name, order number, and the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for purchase
3. Your refund will appear on your account in 3-5 business days

If you purchased your product in-store, your refund will be provided in the form of a prepaid Visa card. To receive your refund, gather the following:

1. Original UPC from the bottom of the product box
2. Proof of Purchase including date and price paid
3. Your full name and mailing address clearly printed
